Earth Rhythms - A Healing Drum Circle
Group drumming works on the base chakra and is a great grounder. Using the Health Rhythms protocol Julie-Ann will facilitate a group healing drum circle that will de-stress participants and enable a release of what no longer serves.

Egyptian Gypsy Music & Shamanic Traditions @ Makan with traditional vegetarian village dinner.
Visit a downtown Cairo cultural centre with an authentic Egyptian shamanic Zaar
display, drumming and singing with Traditional artists. Earthy, gutsy and raw!
Excursion commences from hotel, coach departs 7.30pm.
